On Feb 25, the Library will open the Caroline and Erwin Swann Gallery of Caricature and Cartoon with an exhibition entitled "Monstrous Craws & Character Flaws: Masterpieces of Cartoon and Caricature at the Library of Congress," featuring works from the Library's extensive holdings of original cartoon art.
