Lanxin Xiang has concluded his scholarly work at the Library with a lecture on the philosophical dimensions of democracy and their applications to China. -
SAFETY VS. FREEDOM
In the second annual Holmes Debates sponsored in part by the Law Library of Congress, commentators discussed the need for increased domestic security vs. traditional civil liberites. -
