    Available in the Newspaper and Current Periodical Reading Room, Madison Building, Room LM-133.

  2. The periodicals:
    • Stars and Stripes, European edition.
      Publishers bound, D731.S72664 folio, Dec 1, 1946 - June, 1985 (as of 12/99).
      Available in the Main Reading Room, Jefferson Building.
      New York Public (212-930-0830) has European edition on microfilm.
    • Pacific Stars and Stripes. MicRR 02274, 1945-May, 1986.
      Available in the Microform Reading Room, Jefferson Building, Room 139-B.
    • On December 8, 1999, the European and Pacific editions merged into simply; the Stars and Stripes, but with 3 editions (European, Middle East and Pacific). The Library seems to have only the Pacific edition in paper, 1999-2001 in B34 (2002- in B33) all available in the Newspaper and Current Periodical Reading Room. But, not to worry, the missing editions are available online at:
