Victims with Court Action and Court-Appointed Representatives, 2006
The first column lists each State; the next two columns report the number and percentage of victims with a court action or petition. The next three columns list the total number of victims and the number and percentage of victims who had court action or petition. Among 40 reporting States, 15.2 percent were found to have court action as a part of their case. The following three columns list the number of total victims, and the number and percentage of victims who had court-appointed representatives. Among 30 reporting States, 12.9 percent of victims had court-appointed representatives.
