Errata: Vol. 40, no. 10
In the article, "Cyanide Poisonings associated with
Over-the-Counter Medication--Washington State," two errors
appeared on page 167. First, in the third full paragraph, the
date for the manufacturer's recall should be Sunday, March 3.
Second, the compound at the beginning of the sixth line from the
bottom of the page should be "thiocyanate."
