Final 1991 Reports of Notifiable Diseases
The notifiable diseases table on pages 633-638 summarizes
final data from 1991, which will be published in more detail in the
MMWR Summary of Notifiable Diseases, United States, 1991.
Population estimates for the states are from the July 1, 1991,
estimates by the U.S. Bureau of the Census, Population Division,
Population Estimates Branch, Press Release CB91-346. Population
estimates for territories are from the 1990 Census, U.S. Bureau of
the Census, Press Releases CB91-142, 242, 243, 263, and 276.
