Purpose
USGS scientific dive team members checkout dive
Summary
Dove at slack tide on the wreck of the Port Hunter in
Vineyard Sound. Both ends of the wreck are bouyed with red/white
lobster floats (SW to NE orientation). Large sand waves (severals
meters in height) evident adjacent to the wreck-some video shot of
wreck by Mr. Blackwood-current changes quickly in this area-be
prepared!

All dive team members using dry suits and Blackwood and
Rendigs using Enriched Air Nitrox (EAN 36%)
