Guidelines for the Control of Pertussis Outbreaks
2000 (amendments made in 2005 and 2006)

This guide is currently under revision. Those chapters that have been amended in 2005 (Chapters 2, 3, 4, and 9) should replace material in the 2000 version. Consult the summary of all the January 2005 updates for a complete list of the all revisions and additions made to the guide in 2005.

Chapter 3a was replaced by an MMWR article in February 2006.
