Purpose
To better understand the processes relevant to formation of sedimentary
strata on the Amazon shelf. To understand diagenetic processes and mineral
formation in Amazon shelf sediments.
Summary
Measurements and samples were collected from 37 stations with emphasis
on sampling of the seabed.
