Does Section 657A Parental Consent for Nonemergency Intrusive Physical Examinations mean that an agency must get specific permissions from families to do hearing, vision, or blood pressure screenings on site? Would th the signed permission need to have a specific date for the screening so that if the child was absent on the designated day an accurate permission slip would need to be redone? Does this apply to developmental screens?
