| What changes are mandated by the Head Start Reauthorization as it relates to Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection , Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA). A Board Member attended a training in Las Vegas and stated she was in a session that where a trainer stated our funding would be based on ADA. I have been looking for this in the Reauthorization legislation but have not found it yet.Is this accurate?
