| Regarding the 10 % mandated for children with Disabilities: In the reauthorization it is now mandated to have 10% from day one, however do we hold slots available if we have not met the required 10% and then be out of compliance in two areas (not meeting funded enrollment and disabilities)? Or do we fill all our slots and keep recruiting for children?
