| Regarding the mandated 10 % of children to be enrolled with Disabilities, prior we had to provide enrollment opportunities for children with disabilities, now we are mandated to have the 10 % from day one. Do we hold enrollment slots open for these documented children in the beginning of the school year and be out of compliance for not being fully enrolled or do we fill all the enrollment slots and continue searching for documented children and place them on the waitlist for first available slot.
