| To Whom It May Concern:While searching your website I noticed The Head Start Path to Positive Child Outcomes had been modified in 2008. Did the modifications only pertain to the NRS testing? Also, are all the initial mandates concerning outcomes listed in this publication still required in Head Start classrooms? Are Head Start agencies still required to assess children three times a year or is a beginning and ending assessment sufficient? Any information you can provide will be appreciated?
