| I need some guidance regarding the requirement on pg. 61 regarding providing monthly information to the governing body and Policy Council regarding credit card expenditures with monthly financial statements. Our Head Start program is operated by Maricopa County in Arizona, which is the fourth largest county in the US. The County conducts most of its purchasing through credit cards that are issued to designated and training procurement staff. In our Department, there are three procurement aides who are trained and authorized to make all the purchasing. No one else in the Department can make any type of purchasing. Please confirm whether or not this type of credit card purchase is what the Act is referring to?
