| Please explain further how a community action agency's requirement to have a tri partite Board of Directors is coordinated with the Head Start requirement to have the specific expertiese outlined in OHS-PC-E- 021. Would a staff member with any of these credentials be considered an expert to use as a consultant when issues arrive (CPA, a masters in early childhood education)Or...can we use the services of Head Start Bureau in Philadelphia or Regional officeswhere we have access to a designated training and tech assistance person?We do target our board members for their specific skills, but can't always have the level of expertise listed...and we still have dedicated hard working volunteers.
