| Is there any problem with using the new eligibility guidelines? On January 2, 2008 the Policy Council approved changes to the local selection criteria including eligibility of children up to 130% of federal poverty income guidelines (capped at prior 10% overincome + new 35% of enrollment opportunties) and homeless children.
