Partnering with the CDC Technology Transfer Office

The CDC Technology Transfer Office (TTO) evaluates, protects, monitors, and  manages the CDC invention portfolio to carry out the mandates of the Federal Technology Transfer Act of 1986. This is largely accomplished through overseeing patent prosecution, negotiating and monitoring licensing agreements, and providing oversight and central policy review of Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), BMLA, and MTA.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like additional information, tto@cdc.gov.
