The Africana Librarians Council meets twice a year in the spring and fall. Abbreviated versions of the Bibliography and Cataloging Committees, and the ALC business meeting minutes are published in the Africana Libraries Newsletter with the minutes of the Cooperative Africana Microform Project (CAMP). The draft forms of minutes are submitted for the membership's approval at the next meeting of the ALC. Upon approval with any corrections, the final forms of the minutes are posted. Minutes for the Bibliography Committee and the Cataloging Committee are posted on their respective pages.

ALC Business Meeting Minutes
