Category K - Ethics Ethics occurs in the MeSH vocabulary as both the main heading ETHICS and as the subheading /ethics. The MeSH heading ETHICS is reserved for general articles on ethics or as a coordinate with another MeSH term that doesn’t permit the subheading /ethics. Several specific terms are treed under ETHICS. The MeSH heading ETHICS will be used very rarely since either a more specific ethics term will apply to a particular article or the subheading /ethics can be used with a specific MeSH term.
