The web page is intended for use by financial institutions, State child support agencies and the general public.� Covering both multistate and single-state FIDM, it contains formal policy issuances, educational materials explaining FIDM and job aids serving as tools to States and financial institutions in operating their FIDM program.� The FIDM web page also has a HELP feature that directs users to technical support resources and allows users to send inquiries to OCSE's FIDM specialists and its helpdesk.
