Dear Colleague:

We are very pleased to forward to you the Seventh Collection/Adjustment/Address and corresponding Name Change reports for the 1995 Federal Tax Refund Offset Program. Enclosed is the collection report representing the tax refund offsets for the month of August 1995 less the service fee and any adjustments made during this period for the 1990 through 1995 processing years.

The net collection total for August 1995 for 28,080 offsets is $16,719,984 as compared to 18,798 offsets for $8,996,635 in

August 1994. The net year-to-date collection total through August 1995 of $792,961,690 has exceeded the August 1994 total of $677,648,165 by nearly 17%.
