20th Anniversary Celebration

Dear Colleague:

This is a very special year for all of us in the Child Support Enforcement community. It is our 20th Anniversary of providing "Hope and Support to America's Children."

At the 20th Anniversary celebration held on July 12, we were honored to have HHS Secretary Donna E. Shalala provide the keynote address. Senator Russell E. Long provided personal remembrances and congratulatory messages were received from President Clinton and former President Ford.

I have provided a copy of the Secretary's remarks as well as the messages from President Clinton and former President Ford. I also would like to take this time to thank all of you, our partners in promoting responsible parenthood. Much is expected of us in the future. Working together as partners we will succeed.
