RE: Federal Case Registry (FCR) Implementation Guide Third Update

Dear Colleague:

Enclosed please find the third update to the FCR Implementation Guide. Included in this update are revisions to previously-released sections of the Guide and Chapter Five, "Family Violence".

Please refer to the enclosed summary of changes, which outlines the content of this update. The summary provides instructions for making the necessary removals from, and insertions to, the previous version of the Implementation Guide.

We are pleased to provide Chapter Five of the guide to you in order to assist you and your staff in the planning and implementation of your State Case Registry (SCR). This Chapter provides information on statutory requirements and regulations that govern the placement of a Family Violence indicator on participants submitted to the FCR.
