DCL-98-106 Oct 6, 1998

TO ALL IV-D DIRECTORS

RE: Percentage Report

Dear Colleague:

The following tables represent Child Support Program data for fiscal years 1993 through 1997. The data is presented for all States, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The tables show percentage changes for collections, administrative expenditures, in-hospital & paternity acknowledgment, and caseload data.

The data comes from the OCSE-156, OCSE 34, OCSE 131, and OCSE's 158 reports. We are sending you these tables for your information and management of the program. The data is shown separately for each State and Region. The national table is shown first followed by State data in Regional order. Data for FY 1997 are preliminary and subject to change.

If you have any questions or comments please call, Nina Campbell (202) 401-5049 or email comments to nicampbell@acf.hhs.gov.

Sincerely,

David Gray Ross
