The William R. Davis Collection is unprocessed. While the Library is unaware of any restrictions on images in the William R. Davis collection, the donor has requested the use of a credit line.

Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving unprocessed collections.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Permitted; subject to P&P copying guidelines.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Permitted. In providing images for the Library's collections Mr. Davis has requested that the following credit line be used when images are exhibited or published: "Gift of William R. Davis, Jr., Monrovia, Liberia." All photographic copies and digital reproductions should carry this notice.
