There are no known restrictions on the use of photographs from Camera Work taken by Alfred Stieglitz, or any images he submitted for copyright before 1923. However, other work is restricted.

Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): There are no known restrictions on the copying of Camera Work, which is out of copyright, and on other works submitted for copyright before 1923. However, there are restrictions on making any kinds of copies of works acquired from Georgia O'Keeffe or The Georgia O'Keeffe Foundation (see below).
