The Facility ID Tracker

This system allows you to retrieve compliance and enforcement information for any list of permits or data system identifiers. This allows you to customize a group of facilities you are interested in, and automatically generate reports at any time using output from OTIS, or other systems (PCS, RCRAInfo, AFS, etc). The information returned in table format for any list of IDs submitted includes:

Facility name and address information;
Days since last inspection;
Quarters in Non-compliance in the past 3 years;
Current SNC Status;
Formal Enforcement Actions in the past 5 years; and
Penalties in the last 5 years.
