Sixty-nine members of the WTO made market-access commitments in the negotiations on basic telecommunications that concluded in February 1997. The WTO makes available a list of the members that made commitments 07/27/00 , with links to each member's schedule of commitments and Article II exemptions.
The WTO also makes available an updated list 07/27/00 of WTO members and observers.
