Summary: This 10th edition of the Profile describes services provided under the Preschool Grants Program of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Current and/or historical information is presented for all 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, which are all eligible to receive IDEA Part B, Section 619 funds.
