The Manpower Demonstration Research Corporation conducted the Los Angeles Jobs -First GAIN Evaluation under a contract with the Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, and the Ford Foundation provided additional funding for the evaluation.
