RE: Federal Offset Conference Call

Dear Colleague:

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is sponsoring a series of conference calls January 25 150 27, 2000. These calls will consist of interactive discussions about the new Federal Offset User Guide and Section 2 of the new User Guide, State Payments, and the Multistate Financial Institution Data Match (MSFIDM). OCSE will hold three conference calls to allow all States to participate. Information on the agenda, dates, and times for the conference calls can be found on the two attachments to this letter.
