Dear Colleague:

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), in partnership with the Graduate School in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (GS/USDA), is disseminating the last of six CBT courses on CD-ROM targeted for child support enforcement caseworkers. This CBT is a multimedia course that provides an overview of and practice in performing tasks related to Distribution. It includes three modules with lessons as follows:

Determining Ownership of Arrears (Plan A) (Plan B)

The lessons in this course are organized to maximize learning efficiency and retention. Minimum computer specifications for the CBT are listed inside the CD-ROM sleeve and were issued in DCL 98-19. Also, within the CBT there are hypertext links to OCSE’s Web site. Once at the Web site, the learner can access the National Electronic Child Support Resource System (NECSRS) that provides state-specific and other dynamic information.
