SUBJECT: Compendium of Best Practice/Good Ideas in Child Support Enforcement - 2003, 8th Edition

BACKGROUND: This Information Memorandum conveys the 8th edition of the “Compendium of Best Practices/Good Ideas in Child Support Enforcement – 2003.”  The Compendium is a primary Federal source for learning about successful child support program and organizational practices.  You may find the compendium electronically through our internet site: http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cse/.

We thank all agencies for contributing the practices in this edition and we welcome your nominations for our next edition. We will consider any practice that improves outcomes for customers, enhances organizational results or increases staff performance. If needed, OCSE staff can help you to prepare a short paper describing the practice.
