You may find the compendium electronically through our internet site: http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cse/. We thank all agencies for contributing the practices in this edition and we welcome your nominations for our next edition. We will consider any practice that improves outcomes for customers, enhances organizational results or increases staff performance.
