SUBJECT: Child Support Enforcement Litigation Report June 2000

ATTACHMENT: Here is the Child Support Enforcement Litigation Report summarizing cases involving title IV-D of the Social Security Act.

This report focuses on Federal cases in which the Federal government is a party to the lawsuit and other cases that may be of particular interest to child support practitioners.

We are interested in compiling and disseminating updates on caselaw that may be of particular note to child support practitioners (for example, the constitutionality of child support statutes, 1983 cases, paternity recission cases). Please send cases and/or cites to Susan Notar at snotar@acf.hhs.gov or by USPS.
