“ANIMALS, INC.” introduces readers to a group of unforgettable barnyard animals trying to run a successful business. The book brings to life, through the use of parables, the major lessons behind two previous Gallup Organization business books by Marcus Buckingham: "First, Break All the Rules: What the World’s Great Managers Do Differently" (Simon & Schuster, 1999) and "Now, Discover Your Strengths" (Free Press, 2001). Both books were on The New York Times bestseller list.

Kenneth A. Tucker is a seminar leader and managing consultant with the Gallup organization. Vandana Allman is the Gallup Organization’s global practice leader for talent-based hiring.
