Who May Apply: (specifically) Monies are earmarked for the U.S. Olympic Education Center or one of the U.S. Olympic training centers, which have their national headquarters at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center. Because these centers do not accept federal funds, they have designated Northern Michigan University as the grantee.
