Preparing for Radiological Population Monitoring and Decontamination (Web on Demand)

This program is designed to educate and inform the public health audience on radiological population monitoring, including initial and long-term monitoring issues, internal and external decontamination, CDC’s proposed Guidelines for Population Monitoring Following a Nuclear or Radiological Incident, and requirements for data collections.
Web on Demand TARGET AUDIENCE: The target audience includes federal, state, local, and territorial public health officials; public health practitioners; policy makers; first responders; community leaders and planners; community organizations; leaders of boards of health, hospitals, emergency management services, professional organizations, community-based health organizations, academic institutions, federal agencies, and others who seek to increase understanding of population monitoring after a nuclear or radiological incident.
