Successful Practices in Title V Projects

Many institutions and students have experienced educational growth through Title V, Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions program grants. In accordance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, HSIs have operated grants that have expanded educational opportunities for, and improved the academic attainment of Hispanic students. In addition, they have expanded and enhanced the academic offerings, program quality and institutional stability of colleges and universities that are educating the majority of Hispanic college students and other low-income individuals completing postsecondary degrees.

In an effort to highlight and promote continued successes, linked below are the self-reported successful practices from two HSIs. Please contact the institution directly if you have additional questions regarding the success stories. Other successful HSI practices will be posted in turn. Thank you to these HSIs for sharing their successes.
