NOV-07 - West Bank Back Levee Repair Reach B1 (Port Sulphur to Fort Jackson)
Add stability berms to 10 miles of back levee from Tropical Bend to Ft. Jackson. The levee is 1' to 2' deficient. Replace I-walls at Sunrise Pump Station with T-walls and levee.
