Raise and construct levees to 100 year level

This contract involves raising the elevation of approximately four miles of earthen levee constructed and restored during Phase 1 activities to the 100-year level of protection. The levee runs from the Lake Cataouatche Pumping Station to Bayou Segnette State Park in Jefferson Parish.
