Major canal improvement with pile founded concrete flume (O-16)

This contract involves removing the existing drainage path paralleling Florida Avenue and the construction of 2,400 feet of 43.5x15 foot pile-founded concrete flume in the Florida Avenue Canal that ties into Phase 1 construction at Mazant Street continuing to Piety Street. The scope also includes the construction of 1,000 feet of lateral drainage culvert under Desire Street from the new Florida Avenue flume to existing drainage at North Dorgenois Street.
