The Office of Child Support Enforcement Giving Hope and Support to America's Children

DEAR COLLEAGUE LETTER

TDCL-08-04

DATE: August 12, 2008

TO: ALL TRIBAL IV-D DIRECTORS

RE: Submission of Completed OCSE-75 Forms

Dear Colleague:

This is to remind you that Tribal Child Support agencies have ninety days following the end of each Federal fiscal year, or by December 29 of each calendar year, to submit their completed OCSE-75 Forms describing the status and accomplishments of their respective Tribal Child Support Enforcement Programs to the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE). To expedite the submission of these completed forms to OCSE, Tribal Child Support agencies are encouraged to transmit the forms electronically via the On-Line Data Collection System (OLDC). The steps for entering and transmitting completed OCSE-75 Forms through the OLDC System are the same as those required for entering and transmitting Tribal OCSE-34A and SF-269A Reports and, likewise, require a username and password in order to log in.

If you need to obtain a username and password or have any questions regarding the above, please feel free to contact Renee Jackson-Hebron at (202) 401-5101 or e-mail her at rjackson@acf.hhs.gov.

Sincerely,

Margot Bean
Commissioner
Office of Child Support Enforcement
