Instructions to Vendors for Downloading Solicitations:
- All vendors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
To complete the registration, go to the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Vendors can download the CCR Handbook to use as a guide for completing their registration. To download the handbook, click the tab at the top of the screen labeled "CCR Handbook". If assistance is needed with CCR registration, contact the CCR Helpdesk at 1-888-227-2423.
- To find solicitations for the Philadelphia District.
Vendors must go to the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. (If you need assistance using the FedBizOpps website, call 1-877-472-3779.) Click the "GO" button beside Find Business Opportunities at the top left side of the screen. From this page you can perform a search in many ways to locate any available government solicitation.
To find an available solicitation for the Philadelphia District follow the steps below.
- Click "Advanced Search" (top right of screen).
- In the block titled "Search by Solicitation/Award Number" type "W912BU".
- View the list of projects.
- When you find the solicitation you are looking for, click the project title.
- This link takes you to the FedTeDS website. You must login using the Username and Password that were created or assigned during your FedTeDS registration. Steps for downloading the technical data package are available in the FedTeDS Vendor User Guide. If you need assistance using the FedTeDS website, call 1-866-618-5988 (toll free).
