Content-Type: multipart/alternative;

I had one of the RCA cart units in the late 50's. It ran at 3 3/4ips and the tracks were next to each other, taking space normally used on a 2 trk. head. Thus allowing the cart to be turned over to play the other 2 tracks. Yoy could play on a 4 trk machine, but would have to rewire the head ( or swap plugs if any). I believe they later changed this. When the Phillips cassette was introduced Rca stopped making them. John Hall
