If I remember Allan Debus' presentation on Jack Norworth at ARSC 2000 correctly, Norworth appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show several times in the 1950s (he brought a clip but was unable to project it), so he may have performed "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" there.
