There are masses of people and tent cities have sprung up. It sounds as if this is in the area where the conference and hotels are located. Tourism has dropped substantially, and hotels are largely empty. Is anyone more familiar with the situation, and does IASA have a contingency plan, or will the meeting be held regardless?
