I see in today's edition of the Houston Chronicle that the center of
Mexico City is being severely impacted by the election situation.
There are masses of people and tent cities have sprung up. It sounds
as if this is in the area where the conference and hotels are
located. Tourism has dropped substantially, and hotels are largely empty.
Is anyone more familiar with the situation, and does IASA have a
contingency plan, or will the meeting be held regardless?
