I would sincerely hope someone dropped a leading digit in the salary
range for
this job offer.
If they didn't, it sure looks like an offer for almost slave labor to me
that
doesn't even make minimum wage in most places.

management and dissemination of OHP interviews online, both locally and
via the Internet. With minimal supervision, develop project plans and
schedules to enhance the OHP digital publishing system, track the
projects, and ensure successful implementation. Maintain expert
knowledge of current standards and practices in digital audio and video,
especially as applied in spoken word recording, digital libraries, oral
history program
