Damien Hirst's work always has this angle of uneasiness about it. Whether its a rotting sheep head with flies devouring it, his stained-glass canvases created entirely out of butterflies, or his dot paintings named after pharmacueticals, Hirst always creates this tension in the viewer which almost makes you feel wrong for liking it.
I also like this piece because it has an asthma inhaler in it! :-)
