Is to prepare Midshipmen to be professional officers in the Naval and Marine Corps services. The courses offered by our departments develops skills in the classroom environment. The Department of Professional Programs provides the opportunity for Midshipmen to move out of the classroom and experience life at sea with operational fleets. The staff and faculty are comprised of both military and civilian instructors providing a diversified learning environment for the Midshipmen.
